The herbs in our gift boxes come from 8 farms run by social-welfare organisations across Taiwan. Partners grow and harvest them on their own land, and Selvans turns them into egg rolls, drip-bag coffee and herb & spice gift boxes. Orders start at 100 boxes and can be customised for the occasion. Every box comes with a traceability record, so whoever receives it can scan and see who grew it.

Egg rolls, puffed adlay, drip-bag coffee and herb & spice boxes can be combined, with contents and packaging tailored to the occasion.
Traceable, box by box
Each box carries a QR code showing which social-welfare farm the herbs came from, when they were harvested, and how they were packed and shipped.
Ready for your sustainability report
Selvans is registered in the MOEA Social Innovation Organisation Database. Purchases can be filed under Buying Power, and we provide proof of purchase and an impact statement.

From NT$500 per box (indicative, adjusted to the actual programme). Items and unit prices follow the bulk order form; once you send it, we reply with a quote and lead time.

From a single seedling to your sustainability report
Every box travels the same supply chain: upstream on social-welfare farms, midstream through processing and packing, and downstream back to your company, where it becomes employee participation and evidence for your report.

From seedling to field

Seedlings supplied centrally
Selvans supplies trialled sweet basil and herb seedlings: stable varieties suited to each farm's terrain and climate.

Farm work designed around ability
Tasks are simplified and broken into steps, with tools and roles that partners can manage, so everyone can take part.

Weekly growth records
Partner farms report fieldwork, hours and harvests in the system every week. Each report is checked by the system, and anything questionable goes to manual review.

Harvest and preparation
Farm partners harvest, sort and wash the herbs, practising how to complete a whole stage of work on their own.

Processing at qualified facilities
Part of the processing is done by sheltered workshops and part by qualified food factories, producing egg rolls, drip-bag coffee and spices.

The gift box
Sustainable packaging is used wherever possible. Boxes can carry your company logo and a custom message, and each one includes a traceability QR code.

Employee activities
On family days and volunteer days, employees take herb cuttings at the farm. Selvans looks after the seedlings for about a month, then they are planted at a social-welfare farm, which brings us back to step one.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for corporate gift boxes?
100 boxes, from NT$500 per box (indicative, adjusted to the actual programme). You can mix items, for example half egg rolls and half drip-bag coffee. Put the quantity and preferred delivery date on the bulk order form and we will reply with a quote and a shipping date.
Can the boxes be customised for the occasion or our company?
Yes. The contents and packaging can be tailored to the occasion, such as a year-end party, Lunar New Year or Mid-Autumn. Note what you have in mind in the order form's remarks and we will work it out with you.
What will the people receiving the gift see?
Each box comes with a traceability QR code. One scan shows which social-welfare farm grew this batch of herbs, when it was harvested, and how it was packed and shipped.
Can the gift boxes go into our sustainability report, or be filed under Buying Power?
Yes. Selvans is registered in the Ministry of Economic Affairs' Social Innovation Organisation Database, so buying gift boxes from Selvans counts as social innovation procurement. We provide proof of purchase and an impact statement, and your company files the claim. The purchase records can also serve as supporting evidence of implementation in the social section of your sustainability report.
How early should we order?
The weeks before year-end parties and Lunar New Year are our busiest season. The sooner you tell us your quantity, the easier it is to ship on the date you need.
