Selvans Social Farm

For travel agencies

Your client needs more than a farm visit — they need a record fit for a sustainability report

After every employee volunteer day, someone asks: “How do we put this activity in the sustainability report?” Photos and sign-in sheets are not enough when an assessor asks who verified the figures.

Selvans coordinates venues and people across eight farms run by social-welfare organisations. After the event, we issue a Social Participation Evidence Report. Participation and hours are reported weekly by each farm, reviewed manually by an administrator and traceable to the source report.

First: in which counties or cities does your client operate?

This is not a courtesy question. Under Taiwan's ESG assessment indicator S-3 (community development), the company must define its own community. If a partner farm is in the same operating area, the connection is direct; otherwise the company must explain the rationale separately.

We therefore match clients with farms in their operating counties or cities, keeping the activity and procurement in the same community. Current coverage:

The network includes 8 farms run by social-welfare organisations, plus Selvans' own training base in Daxi, Taoyuan. Each organisation decides whether its name is public; remaining unnamed does not affect whether the data counts or can be traced. We can still discuss locations outside this list, but we will explain the disclosure constraint honestly.

Why work through Selvans instead of arranging each farm directly?

What your corporate client receives

After the activity, we produce a named Social Participation Evidence Report (PDF) for your agency to deliver to the client. It contains five parts:

  1. 1

    Participation detail

Every date, farm, activity, participant count and hour total, with each row linked to a reviewed weekly source report.

  2. 2

    Disclosure-framework mapping

GRI 413-1 and SDG mapping plus a data-quality level, so the sustainability team knows where the figure belongs.

  3. 3

    Disclosure-ready wording

A prepared sentence covering period, activities, participant visits, person-hours and sources, ready for the sustainability report.

  4. 4

    Data status and responsibilities

A clear statement that the data is self-declared, has not received external assurance, and which party is responsible for what.

  5. 5

    All three parties named

Selvans arranges and compiles the data, the welfare-organisation farm hosts the work, and your agency organises the programme.

Client naming: the report delivered to the company always names that company; otherwise it could not support its disclosure. Public case studies are de-identified by default and name a client only with permission.

How to start

Step 1

Confirm the brief

Participant count, dates, preferred activities, and whether the client needs an evidence report.

Step 2

We match the venue

We match the date and group size to a suitable partner farm, then provide itinerary and pricing.

Step 3

Receive the report

After farm reporting and line-by-line administrator review, we deliver the named evidence report.

Want to bring a client, or see a sample report first?

We can provide a de-identified sample evidence report for your client conversation. Site inspections can also be arranged at every farm.

Data status: figures on this page are self-declared by Selvans Social Farm and its partner farms, with supporting records and an audit trail. They have not been audited or assured by an external assurance provider and must not be described as third-party verified or assured. Partner farms use regenerative cultivation without pesticides or chemical fertilisers. Selvans arranges activities and compiles data, the welfare-organisation farm delivers the activity, and the travel agency acts as organiser; all three parties are named in the report.
